Since its foundation in 1993 FAA has focused on the conception and implementation of practice-oriented and cross-thematic modules in training and further education.
FAA is also a reputable consultant in the area of training and personnel development.

FAA`s customers include governments, public institutions, interest groups, NGOs and commercial enterprises.

Since 1995 FAA has also been active in Central and Eastern European training projects. Numerous projects have been awarded to FAA by international donor institutions, such as the EU and the World Bank.

In 1997 FAA took over the two well-established enterprises in the seminar sector, MDI – Management Institute of the Industry, and SPIDI – Language Institute of the Industry. Thus FAA integrated profound experience and expertise in the training sector into its portfolio.
